For insurance claims, clients remain responsible for any deductible and charges not covered by their insurance provider.

While every reasonable precaution is taken during service, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our work
Delays resulting from weather, utility outages, or insurance processing
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, electrical issues, etc.) prior to service.

We stand behind our workmanship and will address any service-related concerns reported within a reasonable timeframe.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
